Easter Tablescape Inspiration

Easter Tablescape Inspiration

Whether you're in the Southern Hemisphere or the Northern Hemisphere, we have two beautiful tablescape ideas to inspire your Easter events.

Springtime Easter

This tablescape features our French blue gingham ruffle tablecloth and napkins and our pure white ruffle table runner. We paired these with white, blue and green florals that accented the blue table linens perfectly. The blooms consisted of dahlias, zinnias, feverfew, lisianthus and more. Many of these are not spring flowers, but we are based in the Southern Hemisphere, so we used what is seasonally available to us. Spring flowers that would be wonderful for this would be tulips, daffodils and ranunculus.

For the sweet treat we made sugar cookies with homemade citrus marmalade fillings as this kept a nice yellow theme even through the food. To jazz up the drinks we made ice with feverfew flowers and lemon slices to go in the champagne coupes.

Autumnal Easter

For those of us in the Southern Hemisphere, sometimes leaning heavily into a Spring themed Easter doesn't always feel quite right as the season and leaves are changing around us. So for Autumnal Easter we created a tablescape with a wonderful carrot and floral centerpiece which is an absolute must do. Keep the stems on your carrots as these act like foliage in the arrangement and bulk it out. We added seasonal orange zinnias and limelight hydrangeas that are toward the end of their season and are moving into beautiful Autumn shades.

For food we did simple cucumber sandwiches to tie in more green, hot cross buns and Easter themed sugar cookies which we also packaged up with a bow to be a nice gift for each guests table setting.

Deep green candles and ribbons accented our blue cottage floral tablecloth that we paired with our pure white ruffle table runner and napkins. Easter has never felt cosier!
